Altered Portrait After Questions :
1. Which altered portrait was the hardest to create? Why? Explain.
The hardest altered portrait for me was the floral edition simply because I had a while without editing or cropping. Learning how to edit that way again was a bit rough but it will help me in the long run.
2. Which altered portrait was the easiest to create? Why? Explain.
The easiest altered portrait to create was the texture portrait because by my third photo I had already gotten use to all the tools and how they worked. All the edits went pretty smoothly for me if I am being honest the only difficulty I had was trying to add another layer in front of the layer I already had on there.
3. What does "Altered Portrait" mean to a viewer vs a photographer? Explain.
altered Portrait
viewer : picture edited with a background and some shadows or "stickers "
Photographer : A portrait of a person with a delicate cut around it then a removed original background and added one that makes the picture look artistic.
4. Why is it important for you to learn how to alter portraits? Explain.
Learning how to alter portraits is important because it will help us remember all the tools as a altered portrait usually has to be maid with help of all the tools. All the tools are very different and if you don't know how to use them they can really mess up your portraits.
5. Should all portraits be altered? Why or Why not? Explain.
I don't believe all portraits ave to be altered simply because majority of pictures already have the perfect background, lighting ,surrounding, etc.
6. By altering an portrait, what does it allow you to do to the portrait? Explain.
Altering a portrait allows me to learn how the tool work, how I could manipulate and image, how I could change the concept of a portrait.
